Our normal hours of operation are 8am until 6pm, Monday through Friday, holidays excepted.

When bookings are requested outside regular business hours, a flat $5 surcharge will be applied to the invoice, per service call.

Holidays are busy—these in-demand spots are often in shorter supply, and therefore, the first to book up. Bookings requested on public holiday weekends will see a flat $10/day surcharge applied to the invoice.

For most services, the standard rates apply to single-pet households. Additional pets from the same household are taken on at a discounted rate: a flat fee of $10 per service call, for each additional pet.

Services billed by the hour are exempt from this surcharge.

New bookings and cancellations are subject to a 48-hour notice period. When changes are requested outside this notice period, a flat, $10 short-notice surcharge will be applied to the invoice.

Payment for first-time service is due in advance; thereafter, established clients are offered a 30-day grace period to make payments on their account. Accounts more than 30 days past due will be assessed a $25 late fee on each outstanding invoice, and all services will be paused until a payment arrangement can be made.

Accounts more than 90 days past due will be placed on permanent hold, and the matter may be submitted to a collections agency.
